Crockpot Chili
Preparation Time: Approx. 25 Minutes

Materials:
- Large frying-pan
- 3 Quart Crock Pot
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp(s) olive oil
- 4 tbsp(s) chili powder
- 1 cup(s) onion(s)
- 1 cup(s) chopped pepper(s)
- 1 lb(s) ground beef or chicken
- 2 can(s) red beans
- 2 can(s) tomato puree
Optional Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp(s) hot chili powder
- 1 cup(s) shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Cook Time: Approx. 6 hours
- Heat olive oil in frying-pan
- Sautee Onions for 5 minutes
- Add spices and stir for 30 seconds
- Add meat and cook until browned. Approximately 15 minutes.
- Pour contents of skillet into 3 quart crock pot.
- Rinse beans and place in crockpot.
- Open and pour Tomato puree and sauce into crock pot.
- Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve into individual bowls and top with sour cream and cheese.
